2020年4月2日、日本が緊急事態宣言を発令する5日前の渋谷。マスクをした人々の中で白いワンピースを着た少女が走り出す。彼女の断片的な言葉はあらゆる時間に反響する。8mmフィルムに映る渋谷の姿は過去であり、そして未来なのかもしれない。

On 2nd April 2020 at Shibuya, 5 days before the Japanese government declared the state of emergency. A girl in a white dress gets running out from the crowd of people wearing face masks. The images of Shibuya on 8mm films may show the past and future figure of this city.
